Après is a 16 seat intimate and cosy dining experience brought to you by Thom Bateman and the team behind the award winning Flintlock at Cheddleton.
Hidden away upstairs in The Flintlock building we offer tasting menus using the best possible ingredients and treating them with the ultimate respect.
With dishes inspired by Thom’s travels and love of all things Alpine this gives us an experience like no other in the Staffordshire Moorlands and beyond.
Following the success of The Flintlock’s tasting menu it was important to us to continue to offer this but in a more refined and detailed way, carefully curated dishes and attentive service take this experience to another level with chef interaction and hand selected fine wines adding to the experience for all guests.
With reservations released in blocks we always advise booking in advance to secure a table.
